Superfast broadband
The official UK "superfast" threshold. Reports also flag gigabit-capable areas from Ofcom coverage data.
Air quality (DAQI)
DEFRA’s Daily Air Quality Index band rated "Low" pollution — the level we treat as good air quality.
School proximity
Reports show nearby schools with Department for Education records, inspection outcomes and distances.
