Postcode-linked reports and public research tools may be accessed in line with technical measures and acceptable use policies. Postcode reports are free and unlimited for everyone, including anonymous visitors, while verified registered accounts receive 5 deep report credits per calendar month and 5 complimentary Postcode AI inquiry credits upon verified mobile registration. For Floor Planner, Surveys, team Workspaces and the API, paid plans (Pro and Business) are available on the pricing page. Creating an account is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Free postcode reports are not the same as API monthly lookup quotas.

API keys have their own monthly lookup quota. The current self-serve key starts with 50 API lookups per month. Higher-volume Professional or Enterprise access is confirmed by agreement before billing.

Business accounts may use workspaces for jointly managed assets such as customer surveys or location uploads, and services described under Services. Self-serve workspace features are free to start. Paid onboarding, exports, support, capacity commitments or SLAs only apply when confirmed in a quotation, workspace agreement or equivalent order form.

Where applicable, quotations and invoices will state whether prices are exclusive or inclusive of UK VAT. Commercial customers needing a VAT invoice should provide accurate company particulars when asked.

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) and one-off AI credit top-up packs are purchased through a secure card checkout operated by Stripe, which handles card tokenisation, PCI DSS compliance, and displays its terms before checkout. We do not store complete card numbers on Postcodewise application servers. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your workspace billing settings, with access continuing through to the end of the paid billing cycle.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015) are fully preserved:

• Subscriptions: Where statutory UK distance-selling 14‑day cooling‑off applies, it runs from initial subscription conclusion. If you expressly request immediate commencement of service to generate reports, use AI features, or issue API calls during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that refund eligibility is adjusted pro rata or extinguished for services and compute consumed.
• One-off AI Credit Packs & API Quotas: When purchasing credit packs or digital quotas for instant consumption, you expressly consent to immediate supply. In accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once credit units have been consumed or partially redeemed for automated AI queries, site analyses, or data downloads, statutory cancellation rights for those consumed credits cease. Entirely unspent credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon written request.
• Custom & Enterprise Agreements: Custom agreements and Statements of Work are governed strictly by their negotiated contractual terms.
