Multilingual surveys can keep one main survey while respondents answer in the language that works for them. Original answers are retained, and non-English free text is translated back into the survey main language for easier review.

For now, business workspaces can use the survey tools in-app. Larger response pools, rollout support or SSO are handled as quoted workspace agreements.

How are paid services priced?

Self-serve features are free to start where shown. Higher-volume API access, onboarding, exports, SLA support or custom workspace work is quoted and confirmed in writing before we invoice.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is the organisational boundary in Postcodewise where your team members are invited, assets like surveys or uploads live, and usage is reconciled. Business accounts create or join a workspace to collaborate under one agreement.

How do I confirm a final price?

Use the call-to-action on the tier that fits, or contact us with your context. We document fees, usage caps and support terms in writing before any paid work starts.

What is an active survey?

An active survey is a live questionnaire you share with respondents through its public collection link while you keep collecting answers. If your rollout needs formal survey or response caps, we document those in your workspace agreement.

What are pooled responses?

Pooled responses are the total completions accepted across every active survey in your workspace during an agreed reporting period. We use this only when scoping larger survey agreements.

What is a calendar month?

For quoted survey agreements, any monthly caps or renewal dates are confirmed in writing. The self-serve survey tools do not currently show a paid monthly checkout.

Who is a workspace editor?

Editors are logged-in workspace members invited to configure surveys, branding and exports. Field respondents answering the public link are not counted as editors.

What does “questions max per survey” mean?

Each published survey may contain up to the stated count of authored questions—short/long text prompts, mandatory choices or star ratings. Demographic preamble fields such as postcode, optional name or email typically sit alongside these counted questions.

Why would I capture a reference number?

Reference numbers that match your CRM, repair ticket or tenancy ID let auditors tie each submission back to your systems without exposing internal database IDs to respondents.
