Is the free tier really free?: Yes. Every registered account gets a taste of every other feature — uploads, surveys, floor planner, API — with no card required. Postcode reports themselves are free and unlimited on every plan, including no account at all.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer a data API?: Yes — a dedicated postcode data API with its own plans for developers. Business includes a generous call allowance; heavier use is priced separately.
