We calculate transport accessibility by measuring proximity to railway stations, London Underground lines, bus stops, and EV charging points using OpenStreetMap and NaPTAN datasets.

| 7.0 – 8.9 | Railway station < 1.5km; multiple bus stops within 5-minute walk. |
| 5.0 – 6.9 | Suburban bus routes nearby; nearest station 2km – 5km. |
| 1.0 – 4.9 | Rural location; car dependency; nearest station > 5km. |
Important Technical Limitations
- Straight-Line Distances: Proximity is calculated as Euclidean/Haversine distance from centroid; pedestrian walking routes may differ.
- Timetables Not Modeled: We measure physical infrastructure presence, not live timetable service frequency.
Data Attribution
Contains spatial transit nodes from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and DfT National Public Transport Access Node (NaPTAN) directory under OGL v3.0.
